It appears that Taross has moved into this particular home: https://www.furaffinity.net/view/50097123/   Whether shi had purchased it or is renting it, we don't know. But as shi is now officially living there, apparently the curse on the place is in full effect.
Shi should've known better when the place came fully furnished for large taurs, hoof-friendly flooring and a milking installation in the garage...
