This is Lumen, Experiment Ultra-Violet. He is named so because he absorbs UV light through the bulbs on his back so that his filaments can glow. He can generate bright flahes of light that can termporarily blind people. His filaments also function as a torch/lantern in the dark.

Lumen is more intelligent than Feral, who can be pretty dumb sometimes. Lumen is smart and can solve puzzles quickly and understands things a lot quicker.
