The key, it seems, is making Arceus' ring a separate tube. Solid would be an option, but since it's possible put opaque print onto a transparent base, one can get creative. This renders them rideable without the tube, and gives you something unique for the pool. Extra cake was added for the people who like that sort of thing. If the ultimate size was desired it would be possible one could use a leaping pose, but it would be hard to make it look natural and the inflatable would probably tip forward awkwardly with the tube in place...

Like the Lynel, this idea was too strong to not rough out general construction. I did my best to minimize parts on the design. It'll probably remain as a paper project, although there's a small chance that I'll get them modeled for use in friends' VRChat and Neos environments...
