This would never have happened had I decided to produce the wolf tube. I was worried about it being a bit passe and decided to develop something more unusual on the same base, resulting in a "Kaiju Giga Tube." I liked the resulting color scheme and face, and had to draw up a standing version. Then a few friends grumbled about the tube and suggested a laying toy. (That design isn't quite complete yet.) Figuring out how to represent the dorsal plates as flat, painted-on detail was a challenge. Hopefully I can get untextured matte vinyl for these, I really prefer that look. Making the claws and plates glossy would be an interesting option, though...
