Thus it comes down to a series of painfully loud bangs echoing off of the hard interior of the corridor and the other poor slot getting flatlined.

I can't make up my mind when it comes to the Five-seveN versus "something in 10mm Auto" for Emil's smartgun. The P50 is tempting but a bit too big even in Emil's murder mittens (and perhaps a little bit silly, plus Maxim 28. Sure, there's Maxim 37, but if you're carrying that many rounds in each magazine you might as well use something better suited to it.) Perhaps it should just be a generic, interchangeable slugthrower. Probably need to start drawing Emil's whiskers too...
