A suit design commission for bear-paws

What is the limit of conventional fursuit design? How big can one go? How much muscle or fat can be piled on? Is the limit dictated by residential doorways and car hatch widths, or can one go further? Thermal stress? Dehydration? Cardiovascular limits?

The giant lizardman as they should be and then some. Big dorsal fin, glowing eyes, muscles out to here, and an enviable set of horns. Someday he will be crafted by Artslave and lumber forth at a furry convention.
