Looks like Baby Dahl is at it again, trying to terrorize Gotham with a regressive gas enveloping the city; with Hawkgirl and Zatanna being called in as the first line of defense against her. After a long fight, Zatanna managed to counter Dahl with her own dark magic, though it left herself and Hawkgirl regressed back to infancy. Looks like the three of them will be left waiting at the Wayne Industries-backed foster care home until Dahl is turned over to the authorities... and the gas can be reverse engineered to turn everyone affected back to normal.
