Despite having neutralized one of the potential threats against Team Rocket's return, the Rocket exec was unable to defeat the two Trainers that stood before him.

"G-give up yet?" Silver panted, unaware he was starting to shrink and his skin was turning rubbery and blue.
"Hmph!" the criminal snorted, having pulled out some strange de-evolution ray he recently fired at the two. "You may have stopped Team Rocket's comeback, but it doesn't matter when you'll make fine pets anyway!"

"Pets? What are you talking about?" Lyra asked as she stepped forward and was surprised to hear a rustling noise from around her waist. She was then shocked to find herself on all fours, had green skin and a leaf on top of her head, and a crinkling diaper around her hips.

"But dat's for babies tho'!" she whimpered as she patted her new crinkly padding with a Vine Whip and was still shrinking. "I nodda baby! I wa-kori my Chiko-ma! " she cried before finally turning into a baby Chikorita crying her eyes out over her lost humanity.

Silver was now panicking, his teeth chattering in his newly transformed snout as he hoped somebody would come to help them, all the while wetting his new diaper...
