Through some sort of strange regression force in Mobius and its neighboring dimensions, Silver and Blaze got caught up in its crossfire and turned into babbling baby Mobians. At least they have each others' company as they cuddle up in the Freedom Fighters' nursery while Sonic and Tails get to the bottom of all this.
