the last time I saw this, someone covered it with some boring lettering. Maaaaan theres rules to this shiz, you cant cover up someone work unless you can 1up from it. The lettering lacked style and the colors, so I say shame man, shaaame. Also this was sprayed on a concrete wall that was at the beach, it was legal action.
