Critique-
The colors for this image are very vivid and bright, especially in the water. It creates a great contrast with the dull clouds. Rather than having a horizon shot of the water, perhaps have an image of a view looking down the beach. It would give the image a point of perspective, where this image tends to lack a definite point of perspective.
