This is Harvey Oshiro. His mother and biological father we're both american, his bio father was a douche and he left Harvey and his mom when Harvey was just four. His mother started dating a Japanese dragon Named Yoshirou when Harvey was 5 and the two soon got married and Harvey and Harvey's Mom took Yoshirou's last name. A couple months after the wedding, Harvey and his mother moved to a small town in japan with Yoshirou. Yoshirou's family has been practicing judo for generations and naturally hearing this Harvey wanted to take it up too.

He's in his school's Judo club.
He's a big gamer and manga fan, naturally he also likes light novels and anime as well.
He grew a goatee because he says it makes him feel manly.
He's pretty easy going and carefree.
He however can get easily embarrassed (mostly about his eyes or his weight)

OML i tried the new ideal Bara-kemono thing, the sports club one and I put in my sona's name and I got "SWAT is found by Judo Club's easygoing dragon captain! Calmly, he asks you to join." and that what he is from, originally it was just going to be a one time pic but I really liked how he came out so I decided to keep him and give him a personality. Originally he was going to be a little bit of a man whore but i decided against it when I was writing his back story. I plan to draw him more and write about him, i REALLY like how this character turned out. It will be kind of like a manga or light novel. I know the Japanese culture isn't a lot like how its depicted but it will be a lot easy for me to do that instead of reading through countless pages on the internet trying to figure stuff out. Also I know he kind of looks like Tatsuki, i didn't notice this till the end when i had colored the pic, you do not know how much this bugs me. I'm just glad he isn't a complete look alike.
