Following the collapse of the Samensha Republic and its reformation into the Shreshaw Reclamation Republic, surviving armored units coalesced around Kershaw to begin security operations. The most common was the mainstay SB2-2 Behemoth (a Tolesian translation of tank). This modern design represented the earliest thoughts of what Tolesians call a Super Medium tank, a design with the firepower of heavier tanks and the mobility of lighter ones. 

This vehicle is of an early smoothbore design with its 102mm gun capable of shooting a wide variety of ammunition, the latest being an increasingly hard to find Tungsten APDS, a new type of kinetic penetration round that cleaves through vehicles and armor alike. Performance testing showed it able to defeat indigenous armor with exceptional ease and Tolesian more heavily armored vehicles if flanked. However, following the collapse of the supply chain, reliability has been placed above everything by the Kershaw government to ensure that any redesigns and augmentations of equipment are well-engineered and reliable, sacrificing features for longevity.

Tactically and strategically, the tank has been described by Tolesian weapons analysts as adequate for most operations the Kumlarin are likely to face. While the armor to the Toleians may as well not exist for Tolesian Behemoth killing rounds (nicknamed spears), Behemoth riders have been told to watch for flanking shots and unconventional angles of attack. As such, Tolesian personnel have been taught to treat this weapon cautiously. It is debatable how well this will stick with Tolesian crews, but no one will disagree that they were adequately warned.
