I illustrated the three main characters of my favourite book: Mossflower by Brian Jacques. This was one of the first books that really captured me as a child. I found it so amazing. As a kid I really loved stories about animals who go on adventures and stuff. In this book Martin the Warrior, Rappo the thief and their mole friend try to defeat an evil cat queen. I recently started reading it again, and I have to say, I still love it! Jacques paints such a lively and exciting world. I find it so sad that he is deceased now, since I would love to have sent this to him to show his stories have stuck with me for more than 10 years.
