Sonic the Hedgehog, hero of the planet Mobius, and lover of Dr. Sally Acorn, dressed in a blue-green surgical gown, white surgical gloves and a light blue-green surgical cap which covered his ears and his quills, and is breathing in his white ROTEX 2212GN95-M/L cup-style disposable particulate surgical respirator mask (with longer straps) over his nose and mouth, to protect him from any harmful airbourne particles and nasty germs.

The respirator mask was Sally's idea and recommendation. Sonic took his lover's advice and starting wearing the similar mask as hers.
