Dr. Manic the Hedgehog, half-brother of Dr. Sonic the Hedgehog and twin brother of Nurse Sonia the Hedgehog, surgeon at Hedgehog Hospital, who operates on patients next door to Sally's operating room, dressed in a blue-green Foxerly-Clark surgical gown, white Foxerly-Clark surgical gloves, a light blue-green Foxerly-Clark surgical cap which covered his ears and his quills, and is breathing in his white MoboTech MTN95CS-M/L-W cup-style disposable particulate surgical respirator mask over his nose and mouth, to protect him from any harmful airbourne particles and nasty germs. Manic's mask also keeps his muzzle warm.
