Dr. Red Arrow, :iconarrowsweetie:'s OC, anesthesiologist and bedside nurse at Ponyville General Hospital, dressed in a violet EquestriTech surgical gown which covered his wings, light-violet EquestriTech surgical gloves, a light-violet EquestriTech surgical tail cover which covered his tail, a light violet EquestriTech surgical cap which covered his ears and the most of his hair except for the back, and is breathing in his white EquestriTech EMCSN95-M/L-W cup-style disposable particulate surgical respirator mask over his nose and mouth, to protect his lungs from any harmful airbourne particles and nasty germs. Hitch's mask also keeps her muzzle warm.
