Nurse Sweetheart, one of Ponyville General Hospital's best scrub and bedside nurses, dressed in a dark blue EquestriTech surgical gown which covered her wings, light blue EquestriTech surgical hoof covers (not shown in this picture), a light blue EquestriTech surgical tail cover which covered her tail, a light blue EquestriTech surgical cap which covered her ears and her entire hair, and is breathing in her white EquestriTech EMDBN95-LP-W duckbill-style disposable particulate surgical respirator mask over her nose and mouth, to protect her lungs from any harmful airbourne particles and nasty germs. Sweetheart's mask also keeps her muzzle warm.
