Nurse Pinkie Pie, one of Ponyville General Hospital's nurses, dressed in a blue surgical gown, light-blue surgical gloves, a light-blue surgical tail cover which covered her tail and a light blue surgical cap which covered her ears and the most of her hair except for the back, and is breathing in her white ROTEX 2217GN95-LP cup-style disposable particulate surgical respirator mask over her nose and mouth, to protect her from any harmful airbourne particles and nasty germs.

Like Amy Rose of Mobius, the 2217GN95-LP mask is a better fit to her face. Pinkie Pie often brought rainbow cupcakes on OR after the operation is completed. Note: Pinkie's scrubs in this picture, are different than what she wore in the episode, "Pinkie Pride" during her lament song, but similar.
