this is itty bitty but that's one of my favorite things about embroidery in the digital age--scan it in big and you've got something comparable to the intimacy of experiencing the physical thing, without having to worry about it wearing out.

      i keep trying to convince myself to do something like that but I'm afraid of a) ruining the thing i embroider into b) having the embroidery get damaged/just fall out. basically though i'm just being a scared baby :/

        Maybe you could try it on older, crappier clothes first!
