This is the longest I've spent on a piece in many, many years. (About 10, to be precise!) I'm overjoyed to finish this piece, both for the artistic spark it reignited, and for upholding my promise to my late Grandmother that I would finish this... even if it's quite different from the original. :)

These are the loves of my life, my two Green Cheek Conures, Tiki and Phoenix. I can't wait to hang this in our new home!
