Pichu are just so cute XD! Seriously. :) Easily one of my favorite pokemon^_^. The electric pouches on it's cheeks are still small, and unable to store much electricity yet. Pichu are not yet skilled at storing electricity, and may accidentally let out a jolt if startled or amused. If even a small amount of electricity leaks from it's electric pouches, Pichu will also be zapped. They play with each other by touching tails together and setting off sparks. Some believe this to be a test of courage by them as well.
