This is how I began my 2013 folks XD. Seriously. I woke up on the morning of January 1st, 2013, and had the urge to draw one of my all time favorite pokemon, Latias. So I did^_^. I'm not sure what it is that I like so much about it, maybe how cute it is, but somehow, Latias has been one of my favorite pokemon since I first saw her. :) Latias communicates with others using telepathy, and it's body is covered in a down that reflect lights to make it appear invisible.
