This was originally going to be a gnome riding a feral praka, but 3.5E D&D gnomes are indistinguishable from scaled-down humans. So this could also be a half-elf riding an unusually large feral praka or dire raccoon or Merisa and TC doing some cosplay.

In any case, odds are (this being the Stregaversa) that the usual "First you ride the critter, then the critter rides YOU" rule will be in effect at some point. 83
