Ranger Rick isn't a bad guy and is also quite small. For him to eat someone they also have to be small, and either they need to be a jerk or he has to lose his temper. And either way, he tends to feel bad about it afterward.

Until he heard about the Friendly Beach. He went there with just one plan, to have a guilt free meal, and what do you know, he got one.
