Many lazy Summer Saturdays or Sundays, my choice of activity would be to hop on my bike with a good book and snacks in my bag, and just ride until I found a peaceful or enjoyable setting to set up and just read for long periods. These kinds of days are some of the most memorable I keep having living here in Seattle. I can get anywhere on my bike without any of the stress taking a car along.
