He is often the leader of Warrior Born Raichu, who have facepaint and are born with mohawks, these raichu are particularly deadly, similar in power to their leader but weaker in focus. They make this up in extremely tactile versatile fighting and are very fast. Their weaknesses are often their tails however. Very long and slender, maintaining their wicked speed and balance.

Alot of pokemon get so jealous of the Raichu's domination and royal standing they attempt to burn or shave off his mane, but it grows back very fast.
