Story Behind Dragon Experiment~ After Steph joining up as a Allie to N-Team, she conducted her own Magic Experiments with local mojo and its residents, use such raw and powerful magic material allowed her to use her own her own ideas in Spell/Arcane Experiments, using her own Dragon DNA had there own unique Adaptive Transformation use on other species.. she offered this chance to Dr Cortex if wanted powers of a dragon to him, which resulted in following as seen.
This more for steph own Amusement and gave her plenty proving on her own theory of idea's.

Ounce Dr Cortex Dragon form it took bit time him get used to strange new body frame, but magic has its limits as to human mind keep hold on such change form, doctor ended up loosing control and results turn him back human, mental challenge keep on Dragon form at the time, so he semi-form dragon with anthro results.
so he still in training for this form till able use it on his enemys (Bandicoots).

Dragon Cortex results came out looking familiar to Steph own Biological Dragon Traits form Ryu/Western Dragon Mix, but magic has own random results in end match to its vessels, Dragon Cortex already been exposed to Magic energy like of Uka Uka's Dark magic miasma has merged with his dragon vessel form allow him use small amount magic.
