Not surprisingly given his general attitude and propensity for being a bully, Julian has made a lot of enemies. (Kaerith happens to be one of them, though she refrains from kicking his ass only because the legal ramifications are more than she wants to deal with). Interestingly enough though, Julian often sees himself as more of a victim in these situations than the reason for them- it's not because he was a jerk to somebody and they're retaliating, they're the ones who are picking on him. This is a simplification, but you get the idea.
