Why wasn't Statik at FC? Here's why. Did this to myself on Dec 9th at Bear Mountain. Four years of Snowboarding with a "fuck it" mentality when it came to tricks finally caught up with me. Hit a 6 foot high jump (not that big honestly) and didn't realize the lip was iced over so it was game over at that point. The jump sent me off balance, landed on a boxrail combo directly on my thigh. Results, shattered my femur a bit and fractured it in three spots high up on the bone.

In the hospital for 12 days, almost on Xmas. I developed blood clots in my lungs since they were full up on surgery line which made me wait 36 hours for surgery. Finally home but I won't be walking for at least 6 months if not more. Fun stuff.

Excuse the safety pins, didn't realize they were in my pocket since I was heavily drugged up on pain meds at this point.
