So a tourist visiting the Petrovic Extraterrestrial Life Museum decided to try on a Meowl Pawstrong helmet at the gift shop only to find that it won't come off. He probably shouldn't have tried it on before buying it because he managed to snag the tag in between the lock and he can't undo the button.
