Being an anthro celebi, living outside of time itself, Cecilia, (one of Xelar's underused characters) has the ability to stitch timezones together with interesting results. A super huge time fairy who seems very good at taking up all your time!

Cecilia's one of my favourites of Xelar's characters - time travel, as a megamacro gives opens up a lot of possibilities for fun scenes. That and her redesign with the time getup makes her all the more fun.

There's a lot of references and cameos in this picture in each of the little pockets of time down there - FAR too many to list up here. What can you make out in there?
