Fourth up in the series is Rayne. This is another of   silverflame's hybrid characters, and of the two I've drawn, by far the most difficult in my opinion. Rayne is a mixup of Articuno, Altaria, Ho oh, Lugia, and a human (hence the lack of beak).

Anyway, looks like the laboratory he was in's tests had some rather unexpected results causing him to quickly swell up to city sized.
