This is a request from Xelar. He overpaid me for this, so I put a bit more effort into detailing it. Also it was such a fun idea, I couldn't help it. Anyway, if its not obvious, and its probably not, this is his giant Celebi character, Cecilia, rampaging through various time zones simultaneously.

Funnily enough I somehow inspired this idea over on http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/1375423/\#cid:11532444 and Xelar picked up on it and got me to draw it. I'm glad he did as it was awfully fun to draw.
