This guy is a manta ray-based monster dude. He can breathe on both land and in the sea, but he highly prefers to stay in the sea to avoid the force of weight he feels on land, as well as to avoid drying out too much and wrinkling his wings. His personality is best described as curious and jocular, though he can become very defensive if need be. He also tends to attach himself to others and can become very protective of them over time.

His stinger is strong enough to kill his prey, but it will generally only shock things that are his size. A well-placed sting can be potentially lethal, however. His chompers are also a thing you would want to watch out for, as they are sharp enough to easily shred scales or flesh. Basically, you probably shouldn't pick a fight with this guy, even if you catch him on land. :T
