Hey guys, turns out I'm not dead.

Scraping the rust off with a doodle. Let's just ignore the many errors and whatsuch and chalk it all up to the fact that I haven't drawn anything serious in over two years. It feels good to be back at it. Maybe I'll get out something more than a headshot soon?

Anyways, I drew up an illustration based on a scene from the current campaign we're playing over at Silver and Bone (http://silver-and-bone.deviantart.com/ ), where Zeke and two other characters are exploring the ruins of an abandoned, and very haunted, hospital. Slowly, the three are being tormented by a demon, and Zeke was the first to fall prey to it, being possessed and used to attack his companions.

Hopefully we'll get the campaign finished in the next couple weeks and we'll find out how well Zeke handles himself after being turned into a meatpuppet.

After we wrapped up the last session I had a real itch to get something drawn, which was great because I haven't felt the urge to draw in ages. I had a real vivid image of the eyes especially, with the pupils blotting out most of the normal iris and being filled in with something... else.

I feel like this came out really dark, and I might have overdone the blood brushes. Depending on what kind of feedback I get back, I might forgo the blood and adjust the colors and stuff. Since this is my first finished submission in years, I'm really itching to get feedback to help me get back in the saddle.
