yell heah it's a combination of two things i've been wanting to play around with: limited palettes and video game-y pixel scenes! i have no idea if there is any actual video game that uses these three colors LOL.

(technically it's four colors - the text box was intended to be the same orange as the rest of the piece, but I accidentally got it slightly off and there's no way i'm fixing it across 40-ish frames >__>; )

and yes floyd absolutely does know that from personal experience. the area 51 guards and the local police both know him by name
