Rainfurrest(2013) commission for Rex of their maned dragon-esque character Tycho- whom's tongue never goes all the way in their mouth. I thought it would be cute to make him a lil grouchy about such things...or just generally crunchy looking.

FLUFFY. I enjoy coloring it and I am pretty certain this is one of my favorite ATC's completed from the Rainfurrest batch this last year. :)
