An older reference of the Centien race. Still accurate but I have been wanting to do a new one for awhile now or touch up on this older one.

I would normally have a huge write up here and trust me there is a lot to talk about with all of my races; but I have all of these write ups strewn about and I haven't gathered them in one spot or made a comprehensive type up with all of their information yet. I only have some really old write up that is pretty outdated and horribly put together haha...

So basically the Centien are at the top of the food chain in Laynair and possibly the most intelligent race on the planet next to the Zinzaitin. The Swifthorn, Crypth, Xiar and other main races are also highly evolved past the point of Earth human capabilities in some ways. They all at LEAST have human level intelligence but with a mixture of different ways of reasoning. (In Laynair intelligence is measured by S.I which stands for Social Intelligence. The capability to communicate through speech and express complex emotions is key to having high S.I. It helps separate the main intelligent races from the more bestial like fauna.)

Centien are a trap like creature haha (notthatkindoftrap) they have human like features to help them trick human prey into thinking that they are safe to be around; at least that is how it was many...many years ago. Now the main villages of Centien have banned the eating of humans and any Centien caught doing it is banished. There are however many feral Centien that go against the common law of their race. As a general rule they are not safe to be around.

They are also considered a mythical race in the Cities but I will get into that later.
