Arrested 2: Held for Questioning (scene painting) by Spelunker Sal
This is a rare full commission I did for UnstableBill for his story series "Arrested" which can be found on his FA.
This was done as a prize for a winner in Zsisron's hypnosis story contest a few months back. It is a scene from UnstableBill's 2nd chapter of Arrested, which features hypnosis/mind control (as you can tell from his eyes in this piece!).
