Ryu Bon-Hwa, last of the Ryu Clan, expert archer, still maintains his duty as caretaker of his family's manor atop the great mountain that overlooks the Isles where the Reindeer tribes, otter, and polar bear societies dwell.

I really wanted to do a dragon character, since one of the fallen empires was a dragon one. But I was torn if I wanted to do Western or Eastern Dragons, and decided to go with both, and instead of one empire there were a variety of smaller kingdoms that united occasionally against external threats but eventually splintered again. I've modeled the one that Bon-Hwa belongs to after Joseon Dynasty korea.
