unfortunately(?) a lot of the recent ones are more of a deviation from the "standard" ghoul design/bodyshape

ghouls are a close species and these are all claimed already, im just showing them of

top row: exalted astral, noble despair
2nd: exalted despair, exalted draconic
3rd: exalted nymph, noble(?) light
