Soooooo I got another random urge to make something I haven't before and the possibilities look super promising?? I picked up some blank slates from a local shop and gave it a go, and to my surprise it turned out great within the first few tests! Minimal smell/side effects from vaporized material, and super clean details on the surface!! I even got silver and gold to show based on different settings through the laser! I really enjoy the mix of this black/silver/gold combo, I think I'm gonna make slate coasters instead of wood now, The wood ones need sealing, where these don't require 3 coats of sealing... They could benefit from a clear coat most likely though.. We'll see where this goes! If anyone wants a slate coaster with their name or a special memory on it, hit me up! I'd love to experiment around with this stuff, and only promise the highest quality that I can provide!!!
