This is both the first fursuit I ever made (all by hand!) and the first one I ever owned. This was from back in the days when more fursuits were made by their owner rather than commissioned, but I have to admit that the professionals do a much better job than I ever could. It's been a long time since I made him (2002) and he is pretty much retired at this point, although I'll never get rid of him. I commissioned version 2.0 of my character from the amazing people at Clockwork Creature.
