This is the prelim-design sheet for River, a new character idea I had. I'll be posting the final in a bit! Anyway, I had this idea, and Amber-Aria (found here and on FurAffinity) was kind enough to take the commission. I love it, and now I REALLY wanna play her.

River is a superhero and is meant for a mostly-human supers-world. As a simple explanation, her abilities are essentially like those of Aquaman, minus the silly fish-telepathy and 1 hour out-of-water limitation. A quirk is that she doesn't actually breathe- she absorbs oxygen through her skin- and so often disturbs the hell out of people when she only inhales to talk!.
