I dunno about anyone else, but I love the Mecha Madness arc from the Archie Comics Sonic comics (issue 39 and the Mecha Madness Special). It kinda freaked me out the first time I read it. It kinda still freaks me out. Just the story idea of what could happen if Sonic was roboticized. C'MON. ALL THAT POWER USED FOR EVIL? DUDE. Or mind control!? Shit, dude! Badness! And yeah, Scourge kinda gets shafted into weenie position, but if he wasn't nerfed?! Duuuude...
