Personal piece. (Okay, I haven't done any commissions in like a year, so they're all pretty personal, but whatevs.)

Was kinda dream-wandering, or however you want to call it yesterday morning, aaand yeah, kinda clarified some stuff that had been knocking around in my head for awhile. Sorta. I dunno, it's hard to pin this stuff down in words a lot of the time. More or less--I'm more median than I was operating under, I guess? Like, sometimes I'm all hedgehog, sometimes I'm all alicorn, sometimes I'm weird mixes of the two, and sometimes I'm both alongside myself, and that that's less of a metaphor than I realized, which I probably should've maybe registered earlier given how tactile I am, and how often I'll touch myself between one form to another, or literally feel myself riding myself, or just any of it. But, yanno, experience doesn't follow a textbook, and you work out what you're experiencing as it happens.

So yeah, accepting that I'm sometimes more than one, but not always, and that it doesn't fall along neat lines where I could just be all, "Okay, we're multiple, my experience is contiguous, their experience is contiguous, there we go, that makes sense, now." Because nothing's easy, ever.
