Third of a mini-series on this account. My OC Neve the Espeon has decided she needs a new outfit and using her transforming psychic powers, she's turning her anthro friends into the outfit!

With the top half of her outfit complete, Neve finds her spirit-controlling kitsune friend Mimi in another room. Before Mimi could notice Neve was in the room, she suddenly started to shrink and notice her body was turned into fabric. Her head opens out as her body becomes hollow while her arms and leg shrink into her body. Her five pink tails also start to merge into her body. She suddenly realises what she is becoming but it's too late; Mimi is nothing but a pair of panties on the floor. Neve walks over and puts her on. "Hmmm who's next..." she smiles as she spots Spark in the corridor.
