A quick illustration of my vixen character, Alcyone, showing off how it's really done while competing at a peacetime Fast-Draw style Gunslinging competition held on Mars(The Martian Regional Gunslinger's Championships, or MRGC for short.) As a little bit of world-building, the cape is actually a customary garb for shooters in the competition, however the blue cape specifically denotes her as a war veteran, giving her a handicap to balance the competition for fairness toward other competitors.The pistols she is wielding is a dual set of custom Chiappa Rhino 60DS-357's which she carried on her during her time deployed in combat.

This was originally inspired by the updated subclass art for Destiny 2's Gunslinger Hunter, however I rapidly adjusted this upon learning that Alfonzo Aspiri, an artist and illustrator whom I looked up to and credit for my love and inspiration for illustration, had died. This was my small way of paying tribute to the major driving force that made me become an artist in the first place as a child.
