Rather than having a choice between Water, Fire or Grass Poke’Breeders are given a choice between one of their two majors (Two pokemon type they chose to study and become a professional in.) Alternatively, if a pokemon of the breeder’s major is not available they will be given a choice between two of their Minors. If the Breeder does not have a minor they are studying, they will simply have to wait, or study with someone else in the major until a pokemon is available to them.

These pokemon can be trained and compete in battles just as a pokemon trainer would use them, breeders are even encouraged to challenge gym leaders so they breeder can witness evolution.Gym badges will also make breeding bigger, stronger pokemon, or starting a daycare center much easier for aspiring breeders seeing as having the badges will aid them in controlling or having the pokemon in their care understand them better.
